KBA's New Dallas Parts and Service Center Opens to Further Serve Customers

Press release from the issuing company

KBA North America, a leading press manufacturer based in Williston, Vt., is announcing that it has recently opened a 20,000 sq ft facility known as the new Dallas Parts and Service Center in Grapevine, Texas directly next to the Dallas Fort Worth-Airport dedicated to serving KBA's growing customer base. The new center will also serve as the newly-relocated web offset division's home, in which parts, service, and support for KBA's web offset customers will be headquartered in this centrally-located, easily-accessible city. The brand-new state-of-the-art high-tech center is equipped with a full staff including parts, service and project management and several parts analysts who will be servicing both the web and sheetfed markets for parts as well as overall consumables. It is completely integrated online with KBA's corporate office in Vermont as well as KBA's German factory for international parts and fast delivery. The new facility will be the main host for newspaper web parts as well as many sheetfed and consumable items based on exact customer needs. With a new on line ordering system in development it will ensure wherever you are in North America the system will optimize customers receiving parts in the timeliest manner. Focusing on customer needs remains key for KBA “One of KBA's key distinctions is its dedication to being extremely fast reacting and focusing on customer driven solutions to better servicing its customers,” says Ralf Sammeck, KBA president and CEO. “With our customer base continuing to grow, we felt the addition of a service center in the South-Central US would provide our customers with the ability to quickly and easily order parts and call upon our expert service technicians in a timely manner.”
