The new equipment has increased the speed and efficiency of the plate making process, preventing jobs from getting backed up in production, a problem Cincinnati Precision Plate experienced with its old device. "We wanted to stay ahead by providing the latest technology and cutting edge equipment for the prepress and plate making industry," said Jim Edwards, Operations Manager at Cincinnati Precision Plate. "With the new THERMOFLEX Mid platesetter, we're able to turn plates around much faster than we did with the old equipment. The new system delivers impressive throughput at up to three to four plates per hour compared to our old solution that produced only one plate per hour."
