RR Donnelley Awarded $250 Million AARP Contract

CHICAGO, Feb. 21 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a multi-year contract extension to produce 100% of AARP's periodicals, including AARP The Magazine, which exceeds 22 million copies an issue. AARP is the leading nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization for people age 50+. Active in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, AARP is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for its 35 million members, and envisions a society in which everyone ages with dignity and purpose. This contract, having a projected term value of $250 million, awards RR Donnelley the premedia, paper, printing and logistics of AARP's periodicals, which include AARP The Magazine, AARP Bulletin, AARP Segunda Juventud and NRTA Live & Learn, and extends a mutually beneficial relationship that has been in place for more than 25 years.
