RR Donnelley Awarded $20 Million Sportsman's Guide, Inc. Contract Renewal

CHICAGO, Feb. 13 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a multi-year contract extension to produce 100% of the catalog printing and logistics services for The Sportsman's Guide, Inc., a leading marketer of value priced outdoor gear and general merchandise, with a special emphasis on outdoor clothing, equipment and footwear. The Company operates in two segments, The Sportsman's Guide and The Golf Warehouse, markets through two primary channels -- catalogs and e-commerce Web sites, and mails over 50 million catalogs to existing and prospective customers. The estimated contract term value of this agreement exceeds $20 million.
