RR Donnelley Completes Purchase of Spencer Press

CHICAGO, Nov. 10 -- R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company today announced that it has completed its previously announced purchase of Wells, Maine-based Spencer Press, Inc., a printing company serving the needs of organizations that market their products through catalogs and other direct mailings. The acquisition agreement was announced on October 6, 2005.
