RR Donnelley Completes Tender Offer for Outstanding Shares of Poligrafia S.A.

CHICAGO, Sept. 6 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced today that it has completed its previously announced tender offer for the outstanding shares of Poligrafia S.A., a Polish printer of magazines, catalogs, retail inserts, and books listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. RR Donnelley has acquired 99.5 percent of the approximately 5.3 million outstanding shares of Poligrafia. RR Donnelley will integrate Poligrafia into its European operations.
