John Paloian, Group President, Publishing & Retail Services, RR Donnelley, added, "RR Donnelley takes great pride in the strength of our key customer relationships and we view them as being critical to our own success. They exemplify the true meaning of 'partnerships,' in which both parties work together to actively contribute to each other's growth and success. We feel that when major, decades-long customers decide to extend our relationships, then we have clearly found a formula that works. We are very excited by the McGraw-Hill Education and Penguin Group (USA) contract extensions, and look forward to working with each of them in finding new ways to achieve their business goals."
