RR Donnelley Completes Purchase of The Astron Group

CHICAGO, June 21 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced that it completed its purchase of The Astron Group, a leading provider of integrated, end-to-end document business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions. The acquisition agreement was announced on April 18, 2005. Effective with the close of the transaction, The Astron Group will do business as Astron, an RR Donnelley company.
