RR Donnelley Completes Move to New Corporate Headquarters

CHICAGO, May 31 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company today completed the previously announced move of its corporate headquarters to an office tower at 111 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago.

RR Donnelley's new corporate headquarters facility will also house the Chicago offices of the company's Global Capital Markets business, which provide a complete range of support in managing financial transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, global offerings, and regulatory filings. The RR Donnelley Global Capital Markets Chicago office is designed to serve numerous client needs, including onsite composition typesetting and multilingual translations. The facility provides resources for both print and electronic financial communications, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and features soundproofed conference rooms, next-generation communications and worldwide technology networks, a recreational lounge, separate dining room, relaxation rooms with day beds and showers, and 24-hour onsite catering and concierge services.
