Creo Obtains Interim Court Order

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--Feb. 24, 2005-- Creo Inc. announced today that the company obtained on Tuesday, February 22, 2005 from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) the Interim Order the company was seeking for advice and directions under subsection 192(4) of the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "CBCA") in connection with the company's arrangement transaction (the "Arrangement Transaction") with Eastman Kodak Company announced on January 31, 2005. The Interim Order, among other things, directs and authorizes the company to call, hold and conduct, in accordance with the CBCA, its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") to be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown Hotel to consider and, if deemed advisable, pass, with or without variation, a special resolution approving the Arrangement Transaction. Obtaining the Interim Order and holding the Meeting are among the steps the company has to take towards completion of the Arrangement Transaction. The company will be mailing the materials in respect of the Meeting, including the notice of the Meeting, Management Proxy Circular and form of Proxy, to all its shareholders of record as at February 14, 2005 in accordance with the Interim Order and the CBCA.
