Tera Digital Publishing strengthens its European distribution network

Press release from the issuing company

July 27, 2004 -- The list of distributors of Tera software solutions around the world keeps growing and two new names have been recently added: Next Solutions, for the Benelux area, and NetCom, that will be in charge of the former Yugoslavian market. Next Solutions, based in Cuijk and Utrecht (The Netherlands), has been serving the Dutch publishing and editorial market since 1993, becoming a solid reference for the whole local industry, thanks to the high skilled personnel employed and to an innovative portfolio of solutions that spans from content management, archiving, advertisement, digital workflow and application management. The Dutch company offers to the local publishing industry a complete 24/7 service. “Next Solutions was missing, in their product portfolio, a state-of-the-art front-end solution. Therefore we are pleased that we could come to a strategic partnership with Tera, we strongly belief that this alliance will be a long term relationship as we also establish with our customers”.-comments Jos Pastoors, CEO of Next Solutions- “Tera Digital Publishing is highly recognized within the publishing industry and has worldwide a wide range of customers. Therefore we are pleased with this new distributorship that will profile it’s self as strong and a profitable combination in the near future”. With the signature of the distribution agreement, which took place in Rijeka on July 6th, NetCom becomes the exclusive distributor for Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. With more than ten years' experience in software development and service, NetCom employs 26 people, including developers, technicians and sales managers. Tera's Croatian distributor - a certified Microsoft partner since the year 2000 and winner of several awards in the software industry - focuses its core business on software implementation and integration, dynamic web content management and development/deployment of large customised IT solutions. For Tera Digital Publishing, NetCom will take care of all the sales activities, will install the system, train the newspaper staff and also carry out the maintenance and technical support for all the countries of the former Yugoslavia. "An experience we proudly want to replicate next spring and with the aim of making it the most important event for the industry in the eastern countries," says NetCom Sales Manager Zdenka Starcevic.
