French Imprimerie Nationale Buys a RDP Marathon Press

August 5, 2003 – Montreal, Canada – RDP Marathon Inc., manufacturer of web presses for printing of documents, direct mail, commercial, and packaging announced today the sale of a press to the French Imprimerie Nationale Group.
Imprimerie Nationale has purchased a six-color RDP 380V, configured with UV curing, continuous roll-to-roll/roll-to-sheet press, and a full Smart•Set 2000 press control system. Engineered to optimize high performance without compromising quality, this truly robust 38-inch/965 mm press performs reliably at a maximum speed of 1,800 fpm/550 mpm. The press will be installed at the Douai industrial site in northern France.
