Enovation Acquires Midwest Giant, London Litho

VALHALLA, N.Y., July 2, 2003 – Enovation Graphic Systems, Inc. today announced the acquisition of London Litho Aluminum Co., Inc., a major Midwest distributor to the graphic arts industry. Headquartered in Lincolnwood, Ill., London Litho also has branches in New Berlin and Neenah, Wis., Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Ind., Grand Rapids and Detroit, Mich., and New Brighton, Minn. “This important acquisition reinforces our continuing commitment to the U.S. graphic arts marketplace,” said Atsushi “Steve” Yoneda, Chairman and CEO of Enovation Graphic Systems, Inc. “Fujifilm made the original investment to form Enovation as a nationwide distribution company with the vision and resources to meet virtually every need of customers in the graphic communications market. Fujifilm’s other investments related to its commitment to the U.S. graphic arts business include Fujifilm Electronic Imaging, numerous manufacturing plants in Greenwood, South Carolina and Fuji Hunt’s acquisition of Anchor Chemical.
