KODAK MARKETMOVER Services Add New Business Building Tools
Press release from the issuing company
ROCHESTER, N.Y., Aug. 13 -- Digital printers participating in the KODAK MARKETMOVER Business Development Services now have more opportunities to grow customer base and drive revenue. A series of new components includes expanded coverage with the KODAK MARKETMOVER Targeted Sales Module, KODAK MARKETMOVER Resource Center, a program to support users of the KODAK INSITE StoreFront System, and several other business building tools.
MARKETMOVER Services deliver a wide range of innovative tools, resources, and support to enable customers to maximize their return on investment in new technologies and achieve dynamic business growth. MARKETMOVER Service professionals work directly with customers in developing marketing plans, training senior management and sales representatives on new business opportunities, and supporting marketing and sales programs.
The two new vertical markets served by the MARKETMOVER Targeted Sales Module are retail and advertising agencies. The MARKETMOVER Targeted Sales Module provides printing companies and its sales forces with all of the essential tools to effectively market and sell into existing customers and specific industries. Features for each vertical market include segmented databases of prospects; detailed information about specific sales and marketing nuances and challenges; and customizable communication tools such as direct mail templates, advertisements, press releases, media contacts, open house materials, telemarketing scripts and presentations.
“As a small business, we often struggle with creating our own marketing materials because we rarely have the time or resources to devote to properly promoting ourselves. The MARKETMOVER Targeted Sales Module goes a long way in taking care of this problem,” said Paul Strack, President, Custom Printing Company, a nearly 50 year old digital and offset printing company in Arkansas. “We already target manufacturing and other business modules, and plan on aggressively going after the advertising market, as we feel that area will provide an excellent opportunity for growth. The Targeted Sales Module does an excellent job of raising the awareness of what can be accomplished with digital printing.”
The new MARKETMOVER Resource Center features enhanced navigation capabilities in five languages, new tools to help users identify materials of most value to them, and an updated user interface. Support for INSITE Storefront System customers include access to customized consulting, training, MARKETMOVER Resource Center, and KODAK MARKETMOVER Network.
“Enhancements to MARKETMOVER Services are based on ongoing dialogue with customers,” said Cheryl Nelan, Director of Customer Development, Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group. “There are now more than 200 tools available and we are continually developing new sales and marketing tools to help customers expand their businesses.”
Kodak’s new Print Ambassador website serves as another component of the MARKETMOVER program. The website is dedicated to promoting the many uses and benefits of print, and provides new business leads to members of the KODAK MARKETMOVER Network.
