Kinko's Appoints McClellan As VP Of Finance, Corporate Controller

Dallas—May 08, 2003 — Kinko’s, Inc., has announced the appointment of Curt McClellan as vice president of finance and corporate controller. His responsibilities include operational accounting, financial reporting and financial planning “Curt brings an impressive financial leadership background that will play a crucial role in managing Kinko’s financial discipline,” said Mark A. Blinn, Kinko’s chief financial officer. “We’re very excited about the extensive experience he brings to our team.” McClellan has nearly 15 years of experience managing accounting and finance organizations, federal and local tax filings, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Prior to joining Kinko’s, he was vice president of finance for Digital Generation Systems, Inc., a publicly-held technology company providing digital media exchange services for the advertising and broadcast industries. With Digital Generation Systems, he improved the accuracy, timeliness and value of financial data and developed disciplines to increase performance and accountability by business segment. McClellan joined Digital Generation Systems after a decade in the retail grocery industry, where he served as vice president and corporate controller for both groceryworks.com and, previously, Randall’s Food Markets, Inc. With Randall’s, a multi-unit, $2.6 billion, Texas-based grocery chain, he led a large accounting and treasury organization, developing key financial disciplines and processes and providing critical information necessary to grow the company and improve profitability. He also held positions as division controller, director of retail operations accounting services, and accounting manager while at Randall’s. McClellan began his career as a financial auditor for Price Waterhouse, LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Abilene Christian University.
