Versient Gets National Presence, Acquires B2E Resource

Hunt Valley, MD (February 15, 2002) - Versient announced the successful completion of its acquisition of B2E Resource, a division of Uniform Information Services, Inc. Versient's services include the management, procurement, and distribution of corporate materials. This acquisition gives Versient a national presence in the outsourcing community. Along with the aquisition came the appointments of William Stettinius as President and CEO, Sally Bauer as Vice President of Business Development and Sales, Robert Rosenbaum as Chief Operating Officer, and Marc Guerrasio as Chief Technology Officer. John Tunney will remain as Chief Financial Officer. Versient is a provider of technology and logistics solutions that enhance employee productivity in the management of printed materials, digital assets, and sales and marketing collateral. Versient is headquartered in Maryland and has offices and distribution locations throughout the United States.
