Versient's services include the management, procurement, and distribution of corporate materials. This acquisition gives Versient a national presence in the outsourcing community. Along with the aquisition came the appointments of William Stettinius as President and CEO, Sally Bauer as Vice President of Business Development and Sales, Robert Rosenbaum as Chief Operating Officer, and Marc Guerrasio as Chief Technology Officer. John Tunney will remain as Chief Financial Officer.
