PLACENTIA, CA — Seagull Printing has completed the largest technology investment in its recent history with the installation of an eight-color RMGT 790 Perfecting Press featuring advanced LED-UV curing technology. Supplied and installed by Print & Finishing Solutions (PFS), the new production platform marks a major milestone in Seagull’s long-term growth strategy, expanding its capacity for commercial printing, direct mail, packaging, and signage.
At the heart of this investment is the RMGT 790’s single-pass perfecting and LED-UV curing. By printing both sides of the sheet simultaneously and instantly drying the ink, the system allows printed sheets to move immediately to finishing—drastically shortening production schedules.
