The PAC Digital Imaging’s complimentary online/in-person meeting Wednesday, October 15, 2025, will explore strategies so printers can ship and receive goods seamlessly and cost-effectively across the Canada/U.S. border, avoid delays, and be compliant with their CARM (Canada Border Services Agency Assessment and Revenue Management program) and CUSMA (Canada-USA-Mexico Agreement) responsibilities.

Our expert TARFF TEAM will answer your questions

With a combined 85+ years of experience in importing and exporting, logistics, transportation, international customs, compliance, audits, trade disputes, supply-chain issues, regulatory changes, and much more, PAC Digital Imaging has assembled “THE TARIFF TEAM” who are eager to help printers deal with the current U.S. cross-border shipping chaos.

Warren McCaffrey, President of Trinet Global Logistics, (PAC Digital Imaging Platinum Sponsor), has over 25 years’ experience in the transportation, trucking and railroad industry. He’s made a name for himself through his vast knowledge of operations management, supply-chain optimization, importing & exporting, and coaching. His company has evolved from a successful freight-forwarding firm to become a leading Canadian logistics partner. His expertise also covers warehousing and fulfillment, small parcel and LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping, crating and customs clearance, fleet management services, bid management, and much more. Warren will lead the panel discussion.

Richard Kerr has over 50 years’ experience in logistics and international customs, including four years as a Senior Customs Rater. Most recently, he was the logistics and customs specialist for Bathfitter Inc., developing applications to upgrade its customs and shipping documentation compliance, particularly in regard to NAFTA/USMCA, which substantially reduced costs of customs duties. He’s performed demanding logistics and customs work for the ship-refitting industry, as well as daily trans-border operations logistics with U.S. customs, handling numerous US CF28 requests successfully, even with the current administration.

Simranjit Singh, LLB, a licensed Canadian Customs Broker and Certified Trade Compliance Specialist (CTCS), has over a decade of expertise in cross-border trade, tariffs, and customs compliance in Canada and the United States. Singh advises importers and exporters on tariff classification, valuation, duty mitigation, compliance and international customs regulations in Canada and the United States. As a member of the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers, Singh is recognized for bridging legal frameworks to current trade operations.

What’s happening right now
Many companies are already paying more for im¬ported materials needed for print production. Sending and receiving materials across the U.S. bor¬der that require further processing, is now more expensive and more complex. New tariffs also mean additional customs compliance, costly delays in production timelines, and higher administrative costs. Companies are also re-examining their cross-border supply chains to see if domestic sourcing and production adjustments are necessary.

Complimentary attendance
This complimentary event, a must-attend for any company who imports or exports raw materials, and partially finished or finished print products, will answer the complex questions that now keep many business owners awake at night.
