Acquisition of the Medford, NJ-Based Business Marks the Firms Seventh Since 2015

WEST NYACK, NY – Front Nine Capital, LLC (D/B/A Star Print & Embroidery) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Premiums & Specialties Inc., a Medford, New Jersey based screen print, embroidery and promotional product company. Founded in 1983 by the Perkins family, Premiums & Specialties works with a diversified national customer base, including military & government agencies, schools, utility companies, casinos, manufacturing and industrial companies, financial institutions, and service organizations.

Front Nine Capital is executing on its mission to build a portfolio of diverse businesses in the decorated apparel and promotional product industries. Since its inception in 2015, Front Nine Capital has successfully acquired seven companies in this space including: Mainly Monograms (2015), Star Embroidery (2015), Logo Wearhaus (2017), On Time Screen Printing & Embroidery (2018), Wild West Shirt Company (2019), Pentland Graphics (2024) and now Premiums & Specialties (2025).
