PALM BEACH, Fla., July 12- iGetSmart.com, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Workflow Management, Inc., the nation's leading unbiased outsourcer of print and office consumables, today announced that it has acquired Document Options.company, of Nashville, Tennessee. With offices in Tennessee, Virginia, South Carolina and North Carolina, Document Options.company provides unbiased enterprise document strategy and workflow consulting services combined with a full range of print outsourcing solutions including paper and electronic forms; imaging; electronic print and mail; publishing; distribute-&-print; and other document management solutions. Document Options clients, which include Dollar General Store, Bell & Howell, MetLife and Cracker Barrel Old Country, are expected to generate approximately $5.8 million in annual revenues for Workflow Management. Tom D'Agostino, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of iGetSmart.com exclaimed, "I am very pleased to have Document Options on our team. In addition to their successful unbiased consulting services, they now have a single e-commerce platform for executing their clients' enterprise document strategies and print procurement and distribution programs. We look forward to joining forces to further serve our combined client base and to capitalize on each others' strengths to accelerate our new client growth.'' Chuck Bean, former Chairman of Document Options commented, "We are all excited to become part of iGetSmart.com and Workflow Management. From our first meeting with their senior management, it was obvious that we had a similar vision and focus on reducing hidden costs in our clients' operations. Combining our consulting services with the proven iGetSmart system enables us to provide our clients with a single point of access for all their graphic arts and fulfillment needs in a collaborative environment.'' Dennis Hackemeyer, former President of Document Options added, "In my mind, this is a true business tri-fecta. Document Options wins through the availability of a proven e-procurement and logistics solution. iGetSmart.com wins by accentuating its already successful strategy with an award-winning unbiased consultative focus. And most important, customers win with a one-of- a-kind enterprise document strategy focused on single purpose -- delivering boardroom level results.'' Tom D'Agostino, Sr., Workflow's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, concluded by commenting, "Adding Document Options to our successful iGetSmart.com team furthers our leadership position in the print outsourcing arena. This acquisition accelerates the growth of iGetSmart.com and provides a greater competitive advantage going forward.''
