Cober Announces Acquisition of West Canadian Digital Imaging (WCD) Digital Print and Wide Format Signage Division

KITCHENER, ON – Cober, with headquarters in Kitchener Ontario, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Alberta based West Canadian Digital Imaging (WCD) digital print and wide format signage division. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Cober’s history and reinforces their commitment to delivering brand solutions nationwide.

This acquisition will provide their collective customer base the ability to print and fulfill to over 80% of the Canadian population in a cost effective, timely manner while also significantly reducing the emissions produced through cross country shipping.

The acquisition will bring together two highly respected companies in the industry to create a world class national integrated print and fulfillment network. With close to 80 talented Team members joining Cober to support the Western Canada facility, Cober will further extend its reach nationwide.
