Press release from the issuing company

Bedford Park, IL - Sebis Direct Inc., a leading document solutions provider based in Chicago, is pleased to announce its agreement to merge with Standard Printing Company (SPC) and its division, Information Outsource (IO). Located in Phoenix, AZ, SPC has been a cornerstone in business form printing services to its customers since its establishment in 1952, delivering exceptional services for over 70 years. Information Outsource, founded in 1997, is renowned for its advanced document production technology and high-quality data processing and mailing services across a diverse range of industries.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone for Sebis Direct, as it integrates SPCIO’s extensive experience and cutting-edge technology into its operations. The merger enhances Sebis Direct’s nationwide presence, expanding service capabilities to include Phoenix, Chicago, and Cleveland. This move not only strengthens the company's print, mail, and document distribution services but also provides enhanced support for both Sebis’ and SPCIO’s clients. During this transition, clients can expect uninterrupted, high-quality document processing and delivery services.

“Sebis Direct intends to expand and accelerate the new production capabilities already started by the leadership at SPC. This includes fully compliant processes, a very large increase in throughput capability, and the full integration of Sebis’ Access online management and automation systems. The addition of a third site in the Western United States improves Sebis’ redundancy and overall capability,” says Wes Sanders, Founder and President of Sebis Direct.

Sebis continually strives to achieve its mission of providing its clients with secure, reliable, and cost-effective document management services. Through this acquisition, clients of both organizations are not expected to see any interruptions in their services.

Sebis intends on prioritizing a seamless transition for both SPCIO’s clients and employees while preserving the same high quality services provided by both organizations. Clients from both Sebis and SPC will experience very minimal to no changes to their workflows or services. The leadership and staff at Sebis are enthusiastic about the opportunities this acquisition brings and are eager to embark on this exciting new chapter.
