The new version of GSE Advanced reporting improves the sharing of ink-related information within the label and packaging supply chain, by automatically generating tailored reports for professionals who work with ink.

GSE Advanced software offers a number of enhancements that help converters and ink suppliers improve decision-making and save administrative costs, including:

Customizable Reporting: Users can now configure personalized reports directly from an extensive database, including ink inventories, dispensing schedules, consumption history, and job costs.

Automated Delivery: Reports are automatically sent via email at user-defined times and intervals - for example weekly, monthly, quarterly, and so on - eliminating manual effort in generating or requesting data, and thus improving efficiency.

Choice of format: Reports can be generated in various formats (XLS, PDF or CSV) to ensure compatibility with existing workflows and software systems.

Secure Data Sharing: Integration with email infrastructure through configurable SMTP settings, with an option to use GSE's SMTP service for secure external communications.

Practical Applications
Internally, examples of automatic reports generated by the new software can include weekly consumption or demand forecast data for heavily-used base colours, to help procurement teams place accurate orders with the supplier, or a daily ink dispensing schedule so ink room staff can prepare jobs effectively. Externally, the program can automate the sharing of the customer’s inventory levels with the ink supplier, to optimize replenishment of critical stocks.
