Acquisition will expand SeaChange’s market reach and end-to-end client service capabilities.

Minneapolis – SeaChange, the nation’s largest woman-owned printing company, today announced it has acquired Pennsylvania-based Pacesetter Enterprises, Inc. This strategic move positions SeaChange for significant growth and will further enhance its existing comprehensive, end-to-end client service model.

The acquisition of Pacesetter supports SeaChange’s strategic expansion of its client capabilities through innovative solutions and technology. It will enable continued growth of its in-house GATHER Digital Agency which today offers creative strategy services, design, digital marketing communications and data analytics.

The acquisition is expected to contribute 15% growth to SeaChange’s revenue, solidifying its position as an industry leader. In addition, it will grow SeaChange’s market presence in the automotive, healthcare and higher education industries through established Pacesetter relationships and expertise.

The acquisition closed on September 3, 2024. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
