Press release from the issuing company

The Graphic Communications Leadership Graduate Institute (GCLI) held their 2024 workshop July 29-20, 2024, at host company Mount Royal Printing & Communications at their facilities in Baltimore, Maryland.

Mount Royal is a multi-generation, family owned and run business.

Their primary focus is to provide one-stop shopping through quality work and old-fashioned customer service. Third generation company president, Gary Cayce, and his team (including son Michael Cayce and daughter Liz Hare) have a passionate commitment to world-class customer service.

Located in the northwest corridor of Baltimore County, with more than 50 customer-focused team members, Mount Royal is a state-of-the-art innovative, fully integrated printing and communications company, with the latest in technology and committed to the highest quality standards and dependability.

Mount Royal’s recent expansion in Lancaster, Pennsylvania follows several acquisitions and reflects their commitment to strategic expansion and growth.

GCLI members toured Mt. Royal’s facilities and were welcomed by President Gary Cayce and Vice President and fourth generation family member Liz Hare who shared a presentation detailing Mt. Royal’s impressive history, their strategic acquisitions and their highly targeted business development process. Afternoon workshop topics focused on Financial Management and Analysis.

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership. The group meets at various locations including leading industry manufacturers/suppliers and at some of the industry’s finest service providers. Due to the program’s popularity, a Graduate level group was formed in 2024 to address the next level interests of GCLI graduates.

Now in its fourth year, GCLI was founded by Mike Philie (The Philie Group) and Joe Truncale (Alexander Joseph & Associates). Successfully launched in 2021, the Institute continues to grow in size and impact as forward-looking organizations address the challenge of retaining talent by investing in the leadership development of their key people.

GCLI is a rigorous, cutting-edge leadership development program specifically designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders with a well-rounded foundation in leadership and managerial expertise while developing a valuable peer network.

GCLI admissions are on a rolling basis, allowing participants to enroll in time for the next session.
