Alliance Franchise Brands Expands Franchise Development Team

PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Alliance Franchise Brands, the franchisor of over 550 locations in North America, recently announced an expansion to bolster its franchise development team. Aimed at enhancing industry partnerships and expanding the Alliance Franchise Brands national footprint, the addition of these industry veterans to the company’s development team will serve across several concepts under the Alliance Franchise Brands umbrella, including True Install, RSVP Direct Mail Advertising, Allegra Marketing Print Mail and Image360.

The newest additions to the company’s franchise development team are Robert Balthes and Scott Johnston, both as Directors of Franchise Development; and Ashley Mason, Franchise Development Director of Operations for all Alliance Franchise Brands concepts. Together these sales and marketing experts will help drive the growth of the Alliance Franchise Brands network across North America, increasing the brands’ footprint which in turn increases marketing spend, enhances buying power with vendors, and expands brand recognition; all to benefit their franchise members.

With a 25-year career in franchising, Balthes has supported the opening of several franchise concepts. No stranger to developing brands from the ground up, he will be well-suited to support the development of Alliance Franchise Brands’ newest concept, True Install, to streamline and execute operational excellence for all members.

Johnston has extensive experience within the print, marketing and direct mail advertising industries, having worked in printing sales for a publicly traded commercial printer. With 12 years of experience in the direct mail industry as a franchise owner, he brings a unique perspective to the corporate team through his insight into licensing, marketing, training, and support for candidates entering the franchising sphere.

Mason brings to her role more than two decades of experience in marketing, including a 12-year track record in franchising. Her passion for the industry sets her apart, with an unmatched drive to elevate brands to the highest standards. Her efforts will work to foster growth throughout the franchise network and continue to foster partner relationships in the industry.
