With an illustrious career spanning offset lithography, color reproduction, and digital and wide-format printing, Hill’s fervor for print innovation has catapulted him to the forefront of the industry.

Previously at the helm of Color Smiths, Inc., a pioneering firm in Chicago, Hill was an early adopter of the revolutionary G7 color process. Over the past decade, he demonstrated a knack for selling cutting-edge wide-format technologies, representing industry giants like HP, Epson, Roland, and EFI. Notably, Hill excelled as the Channel Sales Manager for both Mimaki and Ricoh USA.

Beyond the boardroom, Hill shares his adventures with his wife Shelly, whether exploring new destinations or enjoying quality time on their boat. An avid ice hockey player, he hits the rink multiple times a week, showcasing his tenacity and team spirit.

His focus will be on optimizing product assortment, devising pricing and promotion strategies, fortifying supplier partnerships, and gaining a thorough understanding of market dynamics and competition.

In his role as Strategic Segment Manager – Inkjet Technology Solutions, Hill will work closely with Millcraft’s sales specialists and an expanding roster of customers. Together, they aim to foster lasting relationships, heighten market awareness, and uncover untapped avenues for business growth.

Based in the vibrant heart of Chicago, Illinois, Hill’s strategic vision will extend across Millcraft’s expansive footprint, which encompasses the Midwest and Mid-South regions of the United States.
