YellowDog Achieves Silver Level Certification Status in the Colorado Green Business Network

Press release from the issuing company

YellowDog, a print and design studio in Denver, demonstrates its commitment to the environmental standards the State of Colorado has set for local businesses

Denver, CO - With guidance from the Colorado Green Business Network (CGBN), YellowDog is implementing multiple green initiatives that helped the small business earn silver level status for 2022. Projects included internal and external transparency on sustainability metrics, implementation of emissions measurement tools and procedures, and conducting a site assessment to determine largest carbon emissions impact areas.

Ultimately, YellowDog’s goal is to increase its sustainability efforts across all areas of business, using local public frameworks such as the CGBN to do this by taking small, actionable steps.

“It is so exciting to see our hard work pay off with the achievement of silver status!” says Bailey Patterson, the Sustainability Fellow for YellowDog in 2022. “The projects that were instated for this application will really make a difference in YellowDog’s operations.”

“Being a member of CGBN resonates with YellowDog’s mission. These are values that we hold internally, and it is great to be able to show this to the community,” adds Jenny Mulligan, Partner and Cofounder of YellowDog.
