Aaron Montgomery to Address the Issue of Fear at the Small Business Skills Summit 2022

Press release from the issuing company

Fear can be a powerful deterrent to success, but is also something that can be managed, according to small business expert Aaron Montgomery, who will offer the strategies on how that can be achieved at the Small Business Skills Summit 2022.

Mr. Montgomery explains business owners face a range of challenges daily and come face to face with both the fear of failure and of success.

“To move our business forward and get out of our comfort zone we must not only face the fear but then thrive instead of living in the ‘what if’,” he says.

In a session entitled ‘Feel the fear and thrive’ on September 11, Mr. Montgomery will explore what fear is, how it gets a hold of us, and techniques to confront fear and turn it into the Art of Success.

His expert session will cover:

A true understanding of what fear really is
Mastering techniques to overcome fear
Setting into motion a process called the Art of Success

Mr. Montgomery supports overwhelmed small businesses in prioritizing their responsibilities, helping them see they already have all the resources they need and all they need is a change of mindset.

With over 25 years of experience with small business development, Mr. Montgomery is the creator of the “5 Keys of Business Success”, is a co-host of the 2 Regular Guys Podcast, and has his own podcast - Small Business Saturdays.

Back by popular demand, the Small Business Skills Summit is an initiative of a small business networking and resources community, Business Business Business, and this year will see 30 different experts over 30 days offering their tips and insight on topics like marketing, law, sales techniques, mindset and more.

Business Business Business founder Linda Reed-Enever explains that the Small Business Skills Summit is now in its fourth year, after first launching in 2018.

“The Small Business Skills Summits is designed by business owners for business owners, offering operators the best tools and expertise available in a convenient, accessible form,” Ms. Reed-Enever says.

The summit takes place online throughout September. Sessions will run daily at 11 am, delivering insight and expertise into the essential tools all businesses require.

Attendees can pick and choose the presenters they wish to see, and engage in question and answer forums. With a VIP ticket, they can also enjoy the convenience of accessing information after the event and are privy to four expert panel sessions over the course of the event.

The Small Business Skills Summit runs from September 1 to September 30
