John has extensive experience directing Global Business Process Improvements at Colgate-Palmolive, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Bristol-Myers Squibb to deliver a faster implementation of Product, Package, and Marketing Innovations and to make e-Commerce Operations more efficient.
