GREAT FALLS, Montana – PrintingCenterUSA has achieved G7® Master Color Space Qualification via Idealliance.

According the Idealliance website, G7® is the organization’s global industry-leading set of specifications for achieving visual similarities across all print processes.

Idealliance certifies G7® Master Qualification to physical facilities as an indication that the facility has calibrated equipment and systems to G7® gray balance and neutral tone curves. As a result, the facility is capable of producing G7® proofs and prints.

With the assistance of Jim Raffel, a certified G7® expert and CEO of ColorCasters LLC, the team at PrintingCenterUSA utilized a profile created a year ago and simply recalibrated the HP Indigo press to achieve this status. The key to PrintingCenterUSA’s success is ongoing verification, process control and machine maintenance.

This status confirms PrintingCenterUSA’s ability to produce consistent quality prints with predictable color and gray balance.
