Madison Advisors to Share Industry Trends and Best Practices for Succeeding in Converging Markets at XPLOR21

Press release from the issuing company

Colleyville, TX — Madison Advisors—Madison Advisors is participating in XPLOR21, being held November 16-18 in St. Pete Beach, Florida, with two educational sessions and participation in a panel discussion on the impact the pandemic had on clients.

On Tuesday, November 16 from 3:00-3:45 p.m. EST, Madison Advisors’ president, Kemal Carr, will be presenting “High Volume Operational Best Practices Assessment and Industry Trends” in the Industry Trends track. His presentation explores the best practices for success across the converging markets of high-volume output, print on demand (POD) and electronic delivery operations. Carr will share the benchmark his company created in 2001 that has been used to assess more than 100 print and mail operations since developing it. Attendees of Carr’s session will learn about the latest industry trends and new developments in high-volume production uncovered during these assessments.

Wednesday, November 17 from 2:00-2:25 p.m. EST, Rich Huff, senior analyst at Madison Advisors, will be presenting “Handling Preference Management in CCM” in the Engagement track. This topic was spurred by the growing interest expressed by the firm’s enterprise and print service provider clients to connect with customers through a wide variety of electronic channels. The session will outline the challenges organizations face in tracking customer preferences, as well as strategies and available solutions for ensuring preference management is now part of an enterprise customer experience (CX) strategy.

Carr will also participate in a panel discussion on Wednesday, November 17 from 8:30-9:15 a.m. EST, with three other industry leaders, sharing experiences on the impact the pandemic has had on their customers. The General Session Panel, “20 Months of Turmoil ... The Impact of the Pandemic,” will be an open discussion on the challenges their clients experienced and how each company helped them adapt, pivot and find ways to face a new normal.
