Durst Earns Four 2020 Printing United Alliance Product of the Year Awards

Rochester, N.Y. – Printing United Alliance, the largest and most comprehensive member-based printing and graphic arts association in the United States, recognized Durst as an industry leader with four (4) 2020 Product of the Year awards.

· The Durst Rho 2500 was selected as the industry’s best in the UV/Latex Hybrid (more than $500K) category

· The Durst Rhotex 325 printer received the honor in the RTR Dye Sublimation on Textile (more than $100K) category

· LiftERP received top recognition for the Workflow/MIS/CRM category

· Durst Workflow was awarded the best selection for Software – RIP category

Rho 2500:
The new innovative modular production printer offering, is available in three different versions with upgrades possible at any time. The Rho 2500’s new 8 picoliter printheads with variodrop printing technology enables higher resolution of 1000dpi, finer printing quality with excellent sharpness and productivity over 300 boards/hr. Starting with six head rows for the Rho 2500 S model, the Rho 2500 M comprises eight head rows and the Rho 2500 L has 10 head rows. Other options include a dual track printing mode and a stacker for ¾ or full skid-to-skid automation.

Rhotex 325:
The 126-inch Rhotex 325 dual-purpose fabric & soft-signage printer expands Durst already successful portfolio of high-performance printers for textile and soft-signage. Depending on the application and fabric, the Rhotex 325 can alternate between direct- and transfer printing with little downtime. This is possible, thanks to the new Durst WTS print head technology, which achieves an exceptionally high-quality print using environmentally friendly water-based dispersion inks for various printing materials, and reaches a printing speed of up to 4,130 sq. ft/hr.
