The virtual event starts on September 29th and continues on October 1st, 6th and 8th. Education sessions will focus on four core tracks: Compliance, Customer Experience, Data and Technology.

On Tuesday, October 6th at 10 am EST, Joanne will moderate the panel titled: The Evolution - Reshaping the Customer Experience, with panelists:

At 1:50 pm, October 6th, Joanne presents an educational session titled: 3 Success Factors Driving Customer Engagement - and How to Master Them. The session takes a closer look at what buyers are saying, expecting and willing to pay for in an experience.
