Jennifer - Loved the article, really feel all of your points are extremely valid. You may want to consider putting in a seventh point about the need to analyze whether to purchase a traditionally installed platform or a hosted solution. Today more and more solutions are being provided via the cloud and there are a number of distinct advantages to SaaS deployments.
