One questioner wanted to know what states were considering "Do Not Mail" lists similar to the much publicized "Do Not Call" phone lists. Adam Dewitz did the tough work and dug up some great resources in a post over at Printmode.

Looks like he found that Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, and Washington are all considering such legislation.
