In what its principals describe as “a merger driven by market needs,” NewLine Management, New York, NY, a leader in vendor-neutral, technology-enabled business outsourcing (BPO) for print, and Santa Clara, CA-based Noosh, Inc., an e-commerce innovator since 1998, have joined forces to address the demand for accountability, transparency and cost control in the print outsourcing environment.

“Large, print-buying companies are keenly interested in the significant shift toward business process outsourcing (BPO) in the marketplace,” says Dave Hannebrink, senior vice president of sales and business development for Noosh.

By virtue of its merger with NewLine, Noosh has added a set of BPO services to a product line that already features Noosh’s Print Procurement, Direct Mail and Government Print Management software solutions. According to Peter Faucetta, Jr., founder and president of NewlineNoosh, the company’s outsourcing arm, by positioning itself as an integral part of the customer’s long-term print-buying strategy, NewlineNoosh aims to increase productivity on the print-buying side by eliminating non-core print-buying activities in many corporate job functions.
