Introduction to HanGlobal: Leading the Printing Revolution

In the heart of Shenzhen, a city synonymous with technological revolution, a quiet but profound shift is underway in the printing world. This is the story of the HanGlory Group, a company that since its inception in 2010, has become a global force through its commitment to industrial digital inkjet solutions. With seven high-tech enterprises under its banner, the Group has not merely participated in the industry; it is redefining it. HanGlobal, a dynamic division of this powerhouse, was established in 2019 with a clear mission: to lead the label and publication printing business into the digital age. This strategic move built upon the success of the first single-pass digital label press, the LabStar 330, which was initially launched in 2017.

The HanGlory Group's relentless pursuit of innovation is evident in its dedication of over 15% of its revenue to R&D, a commitment that has yielded a powerful portfolio of over 490 intellectual property rights and 420+ patents. This technological foundation enables HanGlobal to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions—spanning equipment, software, ink, accessories, and services—across diverse and demanding sectors like packaging, labels, textiles, and 3C electronics. HanGlobal’s technological edge stems from its self-developed innovations, including printhead drive systems, control mechanisms, and Single Pass core technology. The company has honed over a decade of stable inkjet production, and its global reach extends to more than 100 countries, supported by sales and service platforms in the Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and Americas. This network has driven a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 15% over the past decade, fueled by the LabStar series and strategic partnerships, such as with Label Source Machinery, which blends digital and flexo expertise.

Headquartered in the 17-story HanGlory Tower in Shenzhen, HanGlobal allocates 30% of its workforce to R&D, fostering a culture of continuous innovation. With an expansive product range that addresses varied industry needs, from high-speed label printing to book production, HanGlobal stands as a trusted partner, delivering tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and profitability worldwide.

Spotlight on Labelexpo Europe 2025: An Invitation to Explore Innovation

HanGlobal is thrilled to invite you to Labelexpo Europe 2025, held from September 16–19, 2025, at Booth 3D91 (Hall 3), Fira Gran Via, Barcelona, Spain. This premier event showcases our latest innovation, the LabStar330HD Hybrid, a groundbreaking 1200 dpi “Digital + Flexo” label press, alongside our expansive product range. Join us for live demonstrations, expert insights, and networking to discover how HanGlobal’s solutions can elevate your business.

The LabStar330HD Hybrid, HanGlobal’s newest offering, redefines label printing with a production speed of 80–120 m/min. and a maximum print width of 322 mm. Featuring eight-color digital printing (standard White + CMYK, expandable with Orange, Violet, Green), it integrates flexo, hot stamping, cold foiling, lamination, die-cutting, and matrix removal. Its piezoelectric printheads deliver 2pl ink drops for sharp details and 4pl for vibrant, 70%-opacity white ink in one pass, making it ideal for luxury labels, pharmaceuticals, and food packaging. Advanced features include 0.1mm ultra-fine digital hot foil stamping with 10+ metallic effects, heat-free cold foiling for heat-sensitive materials, and holographic positioning for anti-counterfeiting, ensuring precision within 0.3mm front-to-back registration.

Complementing this, the LabStar330S Hybrid offers a 50 m/min., 600 dpi system integrating flexo, cold foiling, UV inkjet, screen printing, and reverse varnish. With customizable configurations (e.g., WW+CMYK+OG/V) and a 75–324mm printing width, it excels in multi-process labels, featuring dual-way flexo for adhesive-side printing and a scrape matrix removal system for efficiency.

The LabStar330S Standalone provides a focused seven-color, 50 m/min., 600 dpi solution, with a brand new seven-color mode that increases the color gamut up to 90%. Designed for short-run and variable-data printing, it handles heat-sensitive materials like thermal paper and shrink film, supported by a water-cooling system for stability.

For high-volume label and soft packaging needs, the LabStar330HD delivers 1200x1200 dpi at 120 m/min., expandable to eight colors, with modular drying and corona treatment. Its Super Save system reduces waste, while servo control ensures consistent performance.

HanGlobal’s product range also extends to the Kirin line, briefly touching on book and publication printing. The Kirin 440/560/660 Black & White Series offers 1200x1200 dpi at 150 m/min. with widths up to 648mm, supporting roll-to-sheet conversion for newspapers and textbooks. The Kirin 440HD Black & White adds automated cutting at 120 m/min., while the Kirin 440C/560C/660C Color Series provides 1200x600 dpi four-color printing at 100 m/min., adaptable to 45–165 gsm papers. The Kirin 660CHD Color Series achieves 200 m/min. on coated papers with a three-stage drying system, broadening HanGlobal’s market reach.
