On October 19 and 20, the Canon Make-It series of events returned as Make-It Future-Proof. The event took place at Canon’s continuous-feed press manufacturing site in Poing, Germany, utilizing the large showroom. The Make-It events are not only an occasion to invite and educate customers, Canon uses the events as a platform to launch new products as well.

In 2006, Canon launched the first imagePRESS as a high-quality color toner solution for the production market. Since then, more than 18,000 presses—of the first and subsequent generations—have been installed in the EMEA region.

Now the line-up is complete with the launch of the imagePRESS V700/800/900 and the announcement of the imagePRESS V1350. It not only concludes the full overhaul of the imagePRESS toner printer portfolio for light and mid-production color devices, but also moves the line into new productivity levels at the top end.
