nice article, really enjoyed the insights. Absolutely agree, people implement software that can do way more than we are capable of grasping. I'm learning new things about my phone, Outlook, and other basic packages all the time. It's impossible to learn everything about the computer/sw that we use, the important step is to keep adding to your book of knowledge.
