Are you a Buffalo Bills fan? If you are, I have it on good authority that you are joining a broad base of fans scattered across the country and around the world. I had a fascinating discussion recently with Aaron La Porta, graphic designer/developer with the Buffalo Bills, about how they are using mobile apps to engage that fan base in new and different ways.

If you are a fan, and haven’t downloaded the Buffalo Bills Touch app for your iOS, Android or Microsoft tablet, you should do that forthwith! And if you aren’t a fan, but are in the marketing communications business, you should download it as well. It is an exceptional example of how mobile is changing the way businesses communicate with their customers and prospects.

If you are in the printing business, you will be happy to know that the app didn’t replace any printing the team was doing, but rather, was an additional offering for the widespread fan base.
