Avery Dennison Completes Acquisition of Smartrac’s RFID Transponder Business

Glendale, Calif. – Avery Dennison Corporation today announced it completed the acquisition of Smartrac’s Transponder business, for the purchase price of €225 million, subject to customary adjustments.
