StaffingTools.com Introduces Easy Access Prepress Training Program
Press release from the issuing company
Bloomington, IN - April 16, 2002 - StaffingTools, Inc., an e-learning company focused on providing the latest software training for the Graphics Communications Industry, announced a new program that allows companies to offer online testing and training to their employees from any computer with an Internet connection 24/7.
Under the new Staffing Tools Easy Access Program, members will have unlimited access to the StaffingTools Prepress and Web Development Library. The online training, geared toward using software applications for output, is broken up into small modules so employees can take tests and training when time allows. The courses are designed to allow a user to work at their own pace, stop any time, and start exactly where leaving off. A feedback feature in all member accounts provides a direct link to StaffingTools for questions and suggestions regarding course development, technical issues, corporate account functionality, and any other issues important to the user.
With the new Easy Access Program, companies can train prepress and design production staff during downtime and slow periods. Online training eliminates travel expenses for classes and seminars, and users can access training from computers at their facility.
Members will have unlimited access to the StaffingTools Learning Management System (LMS) which allows management to track employee learning with ease. The LMS allows them to create staff accounts, assign assessments and training, and test the skill sets of potential employees prior to making a hiring decision.
"In today's marketplace, properly trained employees are the key to staying competitive," states Susan Kinney, President of Castle Press and Board Member of the Printing Industries Association of Southern California. "With StaffingTools, we trained our prepress and design staff during downtime and slow periods while eliminating travel expenses for classes and seminars. StaffingTools helped our staff work faster, reduce output errors, improve job performance, and gain confidence."
