Taylor Buys Bounty Print

Press release from the issuing company

Brace Holdings, owner of SaltWire Network, and New Brunswick-based Taylor Printing Group Inc. today announced the sale of Nova Scotia’s Bounty Print Limited to Taylor Printing Group Inc.

“Purchasing Bounty Print enables Taylor Printing, already New Brunswick’s premier print service provider, to expand its operations into the largest commercial market in Atlantic Canada” says Scott Williams, CEO of Taylor Printing Group Inc.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Since Taylor Printing Group’s inception in April 2005, it has challenged conventional rules of printing by investing in new technologies and equipment, expanding service offerings and leveraging evolving market trends to offer the best “Taylored” solutions, says Williams.

Taylor Printing says that in the transaction announced today it has acquired all of Bounty Print’s business in Nova Scotia as well as all its 32 staff throughout the province. Bounty Print’s book of business includes various printing options including offset, digital, wide format printing, finishing and direct mail services.

“This sale allows SaltWire Network to focus its energies on covering the issues that provoke thought and action to improve our communities,” says Brace Holdings and SaltWire President and CEO Mark Lever. SaltWire Network is Atlantic Canada’s largest publisher of daily newspapers, websites and mobile media apps, including The Chronicle Herald, The Guardian, The Telegram and Saltwire.com

Lever says the two businesses have worked together over the years.

“With Taylor Printing Group’s singular focus on serving print customers, it’s clear that Bounty Print and its employees are in very capable hands,” Lever says.
