New Preset Brings Holiday Cheer to North Pole Customers

Chantilly, Va. – Contex, the world leader in large format scanning, is marking the holiday season with a new preset to its Nextimage software, Christmas Decor PRO. Sprinkled with Santa’s magic, the Christmas Decor PRO scanning preset is only available during the holiday season—and, more importantly, only works in the North Pole. Captured on video, customers in this region use the Nextimage holiday preset to miracuously create a wide variety of Danish Christmas decorations, such as:

• Braided hearts. The braided or pleated Christmas heart, usually made of glossy colored paper, is found in Danish homes throughout the month of December.
  
  Paper cones. Originally hung on the tree and filled with cookies and sweets, the cones provide something to look forward to even if there aren’t a lot of presents. One popular Christmas song contains the lyric “Først skal træet vises, siden skal det spises” (“First you show off the tree, then you eat it”), referring to the treat-filled cones.
  
  Brunkage cookies. Typically only eaten in December, the brunkage (“brown cake) cookie has a predominant flavor of cinnamon.
  
  Snowflakes. Even when it does snow, you can’t bring it inside the way you can these cutout silk paper snowflakes.
  
  Bells. Bells aren’t exclusively Danish, but there’s just no Christmas without bells and chimes!
