Board of Directors." Mr. Watson brings years of experience within software development and distribution to our organization, further solidifying the working relationship between Skinny Technologies and Ultimate Technographics Inc. Mr. Norman Briscoe brings a wealth of financial management and expertise to the Board and operations of Skinny Technologies Inc. David Watson is President and CEO of Ultimate Technographics Inc., a company he established in 1989 to revolutionize the printing industry by introducing digital imposition. Ultimate has played a key role in developing the software that implements Skinny technology. Watson is a founder of the CIP4 consortium of manufacturers of printing equipment, which established and implemented an international standard for digital integration of printing processes. Mr. Watson has extensive business experience in the graphic arts, publishing and printing industries where over the past 25 years he has occupied senior management roles. Norman Briscoe brings to the Board 40 years of business experience, including 15 years as a banker and 24 years accounting experience. For the past 20 years he has been a partner in a successful public accounting practice. During his years as a banker and accountant Mr. Briscoe has worked with many small, medium and large companies providing both financial and management advice. Briscoe has been a staunch supporter of Skinny Technologies Inc. since inception and thusly has intimate knowledge of Skinny Technologies software, operations and business practices.
