Company Names Holly Nordal Director of Internet Sales and Service
KIRKLAND, Wash., April 2 -- ImageX, the leading provider of online solutions for distributing, managing and producing sales and marketing materials, today announced it has named Holly Nordal director of Internet sales and service.
Nordal is an instrumental piece of ImageX's sales re-organizational efforts, and is charged with building new business via inside sales programs, increasing profits and creating an Internet sales organization for ImageX. Her background includes more than 20 years of sales and customer service management experience, including almost ten years at WRQ Inc.
While at WRQ, Nordal developed and deployed an inbound and outbound inside sales effort, which generated 70% of WRQ's new business between 1991 and 1999. As part of her role, she also developed a global customer service team and developed proactive customer outreach and satisfaction programs.
Most recently, Nordal successfully designed, built and implemented both an outbound inside sales and customer service program at Wavelink Corporation. Within the first month weeks of deployment, nearly 22% of revenue was effectively driven through inside sales.
Additionally, Nordal re-engineered the Internet sales team at Captura Corporation, and assisted in the growth of Captura's North American sales pipeline by 200%. Nordal's inside sales team identified 71% of the Captura business that closed in 2000.
"We are excited to have Holly join and lead our new Internet sales team," said Gary Tidd, vice president of sales and business development. "Holly's track record of building, executing, and delivering results will provide an immediate impact toward our revenue objectives." More info at imagex.com
