Messagepoint to Present How AI is Reshaping Customer Communications at 2019 Xploration Tour Toronto

Toronto – Messagepoint Inc., a leader in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) software market, announced it will present at the 2019 Xploration Tour Toronto on how artificial intelligence (AI) is helping organizations to better communicate with their customers. The event, organized by Xplor International, runs from 9:30 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. July 17 at the City of Toronto Archives. Xplor International is a non-profit association that serves the customer communications industry. Messagepoint is a sponsor of the event, which will feature presentations on the latest trends and best practices in CCM.

Atif Khan, vice president, AI & data science for Messagepoint, will present, “How AI Will Play an Essential Role in Your Customer Communications,” starting at 1:05 p.m. Khan will explore how AI is bringing order to the content chaos found in many large organizations and enabling new, innovative ways of intelligently managing, curating and optimizing content across omni-channel communications.
