Ferrara will discuss digital transformation, what it is all about, why it is critical for survival, and mistakes to avoid when developing a digital transformation strategy.
How Mature is Your CCM?

Ferrara will explore the essential components of a successful CCM strategy, the three stages of CCM maturity, and the barriers that prevent organizations from moving along the maturity spectrum. Ferrara will share Madison Advisors’ research on best practices for moving an organization’s CCM strategy forward, in addition to how to optimize a CCM strategy to build a foundation to enhance the customer experience.
