Madison Advisors Senior Analyst, Gina Ferrara, to Share Expertise in CCM and Digital Transformation at XPLOR19

The conference brings together end users, analysts, consultants, industry experts and vendors, who share the latest best practices and trends in the customer communications industry.

Wednesday, April 24, 8:30 to 9:20 a.m.
Moderated by Joanne Gore, president of Xplor Canada, Ferrara will participate in a panel discussion to share perspectives and latest research on the CCM industry.

Keep Calm and Go Digital
Thursday, April 24, 3:30 to 4:20 p.m.
Ferrara will discuss digital transformation, what it is all about, why it is critical for survival, and mistakes to avoid when developing a digital transformation strategy.

How Mature is Your CCM?
Thursday, April 25, 10:00 to 10:50 a.m.
Ferrara will explore the essential components of a successful CCM strategy, the three stages of CCM maturity, and the barriers that prevent organizations from moving along the maturity spectrum. Ferrara will share Madison Advisors’ research on best practices for moving an organization’s CCM strategy forward, in addition to how to optimize a CCM strategy to build a foundation to enhance the customer experience.
