Seachange Chosen for UnitedHealth Group IMPACT Award

Press release from the issuing company

Each year UnitedHealth Group’s Supplier Diversity program recognizes diverse companies that “deliver excellent service, share their compassion for the business and demonstrate the strength in our relationship together every time they deliver on our requirements” with its IMPACT awards. The third-annual awards recognized Minneapolis’ SeaChange Print Innovations for Technology and Innovation.

With a strong belief that creative approaches come from diverse experiences and perspectives, SeaChange has established a second-tier diversity plan with more than 10% of purchases from diverse suppliers. SeaChange is Women’s Business Enterprise(WBE) certified, 43% of its staff are female, and President and CEO Wendi Breuer serves on the NAWBO board of directors.

“Diversity is a key part of our culture,” notes Breuer,“ and we’re so grateful to partner with companies like UnitedHealth Group that share our beliefs. It’s also exciting to be recognized specifically for technology and innovation, which have been focus areas since our launch.”

Technological innovations that have strengthened the partnership between SeaChange and clients include its GATHER online portal, which enables easy ordering, secure online proofing, and real-time tracking. SeaChange has also prioritized security, earning active accreditations in SOC2 and HITRUST, which is essential for protecting sensitive data in fields like healthcare.
